To build (empower through biblical instruction) people who model the Words and conversation (lifestyle) of Jesus as Kingdome citizens to win the lost (unsaved), reclaim those who have gone back from the life of Christ and cause the  saved saints to be encouraged and challenged to desire Christ more.
